Yoga is time for my mind body connection. Time to move intuitively, slow down and really FEEL. I often get busy and move fast, I forget to feel, I forget my body. Yoga gives me the opportunity to turn my mind off and let my body lead.. It is one of my favourite mindful practices and one I love to share with others.
